Shipping Policy

We assure that your shipment is safe, secure, and insured during transit. All our products are enclosed in durable, tamper-proof packaging for safe delivery. Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges is based on delivery location & also based on type of jewellery ordered.

Delivery to Identified Person

We require the Consignee / Recipient to provide accurate details, including full name (as stated in a Government of India-issued photo identification), full address with a nearby landmark, pin code, and contact number to facilitate smooth delivery. Upon delivery, if required by the transporter the recipient must provide one of the following forms of identity proof:

• Passport
• PAN Card
• Drivers License
• Voters ID

Our courier agent will check the recipient’s identity proof before handing over the package. The courier agent will also note down the recipient’s identity proof details. The recipient is expected to cooperate by providing the original identity proof for verification.

Delivery Location:

We only deliver orders to residential or work locations. Delivery to public places such as malls, hotels, restaurants, hostels, or on the street is not allowed. Should the recipient be unavailable at the time of delivery, the Courier Company will make another attempt to deliver the product. If still undeliverable, the product will be returned to our head office in Salem,Tamilnadu.

Change in Shipping Address:

Customers can change the shipping address until the order is dispatched from our facility.To change the shipping address, customers should send an email to prabujew@gmail.com and intimate through whatsapp. Please note that product delivery is subject to the terms and conditions of the Courier Company. Any discrepancies in the recipient’s details may result in non-delivery.

Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy

For Standard Jewellery: We we do not offer any refunds or money back policy for cancellation of order of standard jewellery once the product is dispatched. Instead we do offer replacement in case of any manufacturing defects reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video.

For Customized Jewellery: We we do not offer any refunds or money back policy for cancellation on customized jewellery once the production is started, we offer a refund equivalent to (weight of jewellery X rate per gram) in case of cancellation or return.

Given the unique nature of customized jewellery, replacements are not possible unless, there is a manufacturing defect to be reported within 24 hours with unboxing video.
