Delivery to Identified Person
We require the Consignee / Recipient to provide accurate details, including full name (as stated in a Government of India-issued photo identification), full address with a nearby landmark, pin code, and contact number to facilitate smooth delivery. Upon delivery, the recipient must provide one of the following forms of identity proof:
- Passport
- PAN Card
- Drivers License
- Voters ID
Our courier agent will check the recipient’s identity proof before handing over the package. The courier agent will also note down the recipient’s identity proof details. The recipient is expected to cooperate by providing the original identity proof for verification.
Delivery Location:
We only deliver orders to residential or work locations, or to a nearby Malabar Gold and Diamonds Showroom in India. Delivery to public places such as malls, hotels, restaurants, hostels, or on the street is not allowed.
Should the recipient be unavailable at the time of delivery, the Courier Company will make three attempts to deliver the product. If still undeliverable, the product will be returned to our Mumbai facility.
Change in Shipping Address:
Customers can check the status and track their orders via the My Account section on our website.
Customers can change the shipping address until the order is dispatched from our facility. To change the shipping address, customers should send an email to support@prabhujewellery.com
Please note that product delivery is subject to the terms and conditions of the Courier Company. Any discrepancies in the recipient’s details may result in non-delivery.

Damaged Products:
In the event that you receive a damaged or deformed product due to shipment, please notify our customer service department within 72 hours by calling or sending an email. Do not discard the damaged product or packaging. We will investigate the complaint upon receiving it and provide a suitable replacement at no additional cost to you. If failure to report the damage within the specified time frame of 72 hours, we may not be able to provide the replacement.
Cancellation Policy
In case of any discrepancy, we reserve the right to cancel any order. Some reasons for cancellation from our end usually include limitations of the product in inventory, errors in pricing, or errors in product information. We may also require additional customer information for order acceptance in some cases. We will notify you in case your order is cancelled partially or completely or if any additional information is required for accepting your order.
